大家好!
今天站在这里，是希望我们所有的学生都可以养成一个良好的习惯，做好一名学生所应该遵守的规章制度，也要有一个好的品德，希望我们都可以养成一个节约粮食，不浪费粮食的好习惯，优秀品质，所以我今天演讲的题目是节约粮食，从我做起。
从小到大，不管是父母还是老师，都会要求我们吃饭的时候把自己碗里的饭都吃完，不要有任何的剩饭剩菜，当我们长大了之后，也开始懂得了“粒粒皆辛苦”的不易，随着我们知识的增长，以及年龄的长大，我们也要懂得粮食所得来的不易，在我们城市之外的很多地方，还有很多的贫困的地方的学生，和我们同龄的学生都吃不起饭，没有米饭吃，就更不用说大鱼大肉，甚至是零食了，所以我们应该懂得珍惜现在自己美好的生活，而不是去白白的浪费自己生活中的粮食，我们要知道我们浪费的是农民伯伯们辛辛苦苦劳动的结果，浪费的是那些贫困地区所梦寐以求的东西，当我们拥有的时候，我们就要足够的懂得珍惜，不要等到后知后觉的时候才来后悔。
在我们生活当中，在我们校园里也有很多的浪费粮食的行为存在，吃饭的时候，不是吃多少就盛多少，总是有很多的东西喜欢打很多的饭菜，吃不完就选择倒掉，这是极其浪费粮食的行为，其次，遇到自己不喜欢吃的菜就不吃，剩下来倒掉，挑食也一个很不好的行为，我们要知道现在的美好生活都是通过家人的努力和奋斗所得到来，我们非但不懂得珍惜，更是浪费劳动成果，我们的做法是极其的错误的，我希望我们所有的学生都可以懂得粮食的珍贵，现在如此良好的物质生活的可贵，做到节约粮食，不浪费生活中的一粒米，一棵菜。
节约粮食有很多的地方可以去做，在吃饭的时候，将自己的碗里的都吃完，吃多少盛多少，不挑食，遇到自己的不喜欢吃的东西就不要，当看到身边人出现浪费粮食的情况的时候，及时的站出来告诉他们这样做是不应该的，也要告诉他们应该珍惜粮食，号召身边的所有人一切节约粮食，从自己做起，从生活当中的每一件小事做起。
