大家早上好!
上帝是公平的也是吝啬的，他只赐予每个人一次生命，所以我们必须珍惜。生活中交通安全与我们的关系是非常密切的，它就像我们的朋友。日日夜夜都守在我们的身边，教育我们，劝戒我们。生命是宝贵的，人的一生就只有一次生命，我们应该爱惜生命。注意交通安全也是爱惜生命的一部分。现在因为交通事故而死于非命的人太多了，难道他们不是死的太冤枉了吗?俗话说：“退一步海阔天空。”它是文明的起码要求，在交通方面则表现为“一慢二看三通过”。
同样是通过十字路口，有的人忘记了安全，不管信号，不听协管员的哨声，“翻过障碍”，“闯过难关”，很有点“飞人”刘翔的架势;而有的人却在安心地等信号，虽然着急，也能把“文明安全”牢记心头。这两种表现存在着巨大反差，一种是文明美丽的使者，另一种则是不雅丑陋的代表。很多看似很不起眼的行为，它的背后都隐含着血的代价，那些触目惊心、令人发指的事故警示牌就足以说明问题。我们经常能在道路两旁看到“宁停一分钟，不抢一秒钟”的警示标语，这“一秒钟”看似短暂，也许那就是一条生命。现在城市交通繁忙了，像这种悲惨的交通事故在国内多如繁星，因为我国交通事故死伤率居世界第一。
所以，无论交警在不在场，我们都要自觉的遵守交通法规。例如：过马路要看清信号灯，红灯停、绿灯行，要走人行横道，不得翻越交通护栏;未满12岁的儿童不得在马路上骑自行车;不能在马路上三五成群地玩耍和嬉戏……我们小学生不仅自己要遵守交通法规，而且发现有人违反了，应及时地批评、劝阻。让我们把“交通安全”这四个字在心里永远扎下根，让全世界人民都自觉遵守交通规则，让交通事故永远在我们生活中消失，让我们的明天充满鲜花，充满阳光。那么,交通安全便是你最好最好的朋友，它将永远保护着你，带给你幸福。让我们争做文明守法的好少年吧。

周而复始，日月轮回。崭新的一周又开始了。我演讲的主题是：防震减灾，安全在我身边。
我国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一，灾害种类多、分布地域广、发生频率高、造成损失重。在全球气候变化和我国经济社会快速发展的背景下，近年来，我国自然灾害损失不断增加，重大自然灾害乃至巨灾时有发生，我国面临的自然灾害形势严峻复杂，灾害风险进一步加剧
防灾减灾，安全在我身边。作为高中生，我们平时应该注意哪些要点?
第一、我们要树立足够的危难意识，珍爱生命。灾难往往发生在不经意的平时，又常常是突然给人以致命的打击，所以，需要我们有居安思危的危难意识。但是，难意识并不意味着盲目听信谣言。带有迷信色彩或伴有离奇传说的地震预测，由某某专家或机构发出的而不是由人民政府发出的预报，都可以视为谣言。我们在树立危难意识的同时，也要注意识别谣言，以避免造成不必要的损失。
第二、我们要学习应急避险知识，提高应对突发时间的能力，掌握必要的自我保护能力，最大限度的保护自己，为生命设防。如：正在上课时，如果发生地震，同学们一定要在老师的指挥下迅速抱头、闭眼，躲在自己的课桌下。第一次震感过后，还是要在老师的指挥下迅速、有序、抱头撤离教室，在楼道里不惊慌、不喊叫、不拥挤，冲出教学楼，冲向操场。特别应注意的是千万不能跳楼。汶川大地震，安县桑落中学2200名学生毫发无损，正是因为平时掌握相关知识技能，防患于未然，创造了零伤亡的奇迹。
第三、努力学习科学知识，为科学事业发展贡献出一份力量，预测地震。古今中外，人类对地球的探索就从来没有停止过。从张衡到李四光，我们有着非常令人骄傲的科学进展。但是，由于地质构造非常复杂，加上地震类型的复杂多样，到目前为止，还不能做到每一次准确的提前预测地震，从而把灾难损失降到最低。因此，在我们国家，在这个世界，就更加需要我们青少年努力学习科学文化知识，将来能够为人类事业作出贡献。
我们这个世界，有的人因为自然灾害而丧生，也有不少人的丧失是由于无知。死于灾难是不幸的，而死于无知是可悲的。所以，我们应该珍爱生命、树立危难意识，多学习一些科学知识和自救自护安全逃生知识。做到防震减灾，安全在我身边。我相信，随着科学日新月异的进展，人类终将变得越来越成熟，终能克服自然灾害所酿造的悲剧。

我是一名二线的员工，虽然“安全月”已经到来，关于安全的活动铺天盖地，但是我一直觉得安全与我的关系不大。我不用登高，安全绳不会突然脱落;我不做外网，土方不会滑落，伤及我和他人;我不做地埋管线，不会被高空落物砸中;我也不是主干人员，带气置换更是离我远之又远。但是这一切的观点被一个突然而来的事情全部打翻——我父亲摔倒了，大腿骨粉碎性骨折。
我的父亲骑着一辆破旧的电动车出去办事，哪知后车轮的盖子突然脱落了下来，插进了车轮里，我父亲从车上摔了下来，大腿骨粉碎性骨折。一直让我很放心的父亲突然出事了，花上2万余元的医药费不说，还将要在炎热的夏天在床上躺上3个月。
我顿时悔悟了，原来“安全”就在我们身边，需要我们时时刻刻的去警惕、去小心、去提防。如果我早点能认识到安全就在我的身边，如果我早点懂得安全隐患的识别，如果我早点明白这次事故的必然性，也许这个事故就不会发生，我的父亲就不用受这个罪了。
看到“风向观察”中一位经理说过：做好“安全第一”，要解决好生产经营和生产安全发送冲突的问题。企业迫于营业指标的压力，一些经理有事会忽视“质量”、“安全”等方面的要求，经营指标完成了，但是为后期运营管理埋下了隐患。这种牺牲“安全”保“指标”的做法，只能说未发生安全事故是偶然的，发生安全事故是必然的。安全和生产的关系是“生产必须安全，安全保障生产”，生产有了安全保障，企业才能持续、稳定的发展，当生产与安全发送矛盾，危机职工或国家财产时，生产活动停下来整治。
这用到这次事故也是一样的道理，我父亲为了节省点钱，仍旧使用已经超出使用年限的电动车。父亲说“这个是偶然的，不知道电动车的后盖怎么会掉了下来”，但是我却认为这个是必然的，电动车已经超出使用年限，出现老化问题，任何零件都很可能出现这样那样的问题。短期看，他这个电动车的钱是省下了，但为以后的使用埋下了隐患，事故一旦发生，花费的将不止是一台电动车的钱，事实证明，这次小小的事故花费了将近10台电动车的钱。这就像跟我们的设备机具，到了使用年限的设备必须更换，如果不更换，实则隐患了更大的安全事故。我们的项目部专门配有设备管理员，会定期检查、维护和保养设备机具，我一直认为专门配个设备管理员是多于的，如果我能早点认识到配备设备管理员的重要性，定期把电动车推到售后服务去检查检查，那也许就能避免呢。在每次施工前，都要求安全交底，其中有一项就是检查机具设备和各种工具，是啊，如果我父亲也能在使用前对电动车简单的检查下，那结果又将是不同的吧。
“安全发展，预防为主”，看似多么简单的4个字，但是里面包含的内容却是深之又深啊。事故管理要体现“预防为主”，就是说安全生产的管理，主要不是在发生事故后如何去组织抢救，如何进行事故调查、处理和分析;而是按照系统化、科学化的管理思想，按照事故发生的规律和特点，千方百计预防事故的发送，做到防患于未然，将事故消灭在萌芽状态。虽然我们在生产活动中还不可能完全杜绝安全生产事故的发送，但只要思想重视，预防措施得当，事故是可以大大减少，甚至是可以避免的。
公司的每一位同事都是爱“家”的吧?你不希望你单位、家庭中的任何一位成员收到伤害，同样你的同事、亲人也不希望你收到任何的伤害，那我们与单位、家庭一起就携起手来，做好每一项安全预防工作，共同建筑一道坚固不催的城墙，把安全隐患统统的抵制在城墙之外，让我们的每一位同事、每一家人放心。

We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother we tragically learned from last summer's floods. We cannot continue our carelessness. 时光的脚步从未停下，历史的足迹一直延伸着，这世上太多人湮灭在无痕的岁月中了，长恭不过也是其中之一罢了。如今的高长恭只是岁月历史中的一粒沙，他驰骋沙场的勇猛无敌，为国为民的赤诚忠心，生于太过的疯狂帝王之家而使得无双风华折杀于乱世，这些早已随岁月的流逝成为古老，但我却一直执着追寻一个属于兰陵王的传奇，即便如今诸多世人已然忘却，但我仍记得，仍敬佩他赞叹他，为他叹息为他悲切，因为偏爱，因为心惦。

however, fraternal love is not stable. being away for too a long time, losing all common benefits, friends will become estranged. once their interest has changed, they no longer understand each other, and even this would harm friendship. at all times and in all countries, many close friends and battle companions who once worked together and fought together became enemies in the end. quiet a few of the emperors in ancient china even killed those who had helped them found their dynasties. the taiping heavenly kingdom would not have failed if it hadn't been for the contending and massacring among the those who first rose in rebellion at the beginning of the uprising. what else we need to pay attention to is that some friends, after being away from each other for too long a time, have lost so much of their original characters that when meeting again, you will feel that you are still the same as you were, while they are no longer themselves. they may have the same feeling about you, so sometimes it's better not to meet each other again. as the chinese proverb goes “friendship can not last for three years and flowers can not stay in blossom for three months”'s not so easy to maintain real friendship which needs mutual understanding, tolerance and sacrifice. any kinds of harsh treatment will damage friendship.

She is very charming with a sweet beautiful voice and very famous for singing the song.“Devotion of Love”。 Not long ago,she was invited to Zhejiang Province to give performance. The moment she was to appear on the stage,she suddenly asked for more reward. Worse still,after her request was satisfied, she didn't begin to sing at once. Instead,she took her time to count all the money piece by piece. Thus she kept the audience waiting for half an hour. So when she at last showed up and started to sing “Devotion of Love”，a man rose up from his seat and shouted at her,“You don't have any devotion of love. You are not qualified to sing this song ! ”Hearing this, the singer stopped singing and began to shout abuses with her finger pointed at the man. At this time the whole audience burst into an uproar.
How disappointed her keen listeners were when they learned this! It is the singer herself who spoiled her beautiful image in the eyes of others.
Now, I'm coming to another true story. It's about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. She was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. However,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. Every day she labored from morning till night. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. She got so weak for the loss of blood that she sometimes fell in a faint on her way home.
When asked why she chose to burden herself with so many children,she smiled and simply answered,“Oh,I love children and I like to have their company. ”
Though the old woman was poor materially, she was full of affection and rich in spirit. She was loved dearly by her children. She was also highly appreciated by the local government, and truly respected by people in her community.
Maybe you can't help wondering, “What makes that ordinary woman so extraordinary?” It is nothing else but her inner beauty, her true devotion of love without any thought of rewarding. What a sharp contrast there is between the great woman and the selfish singer.
So,to answer the question “What is real beauty?”,I declare definitely,it is the beauty lying in one's heart of hearts and embodied in his actions and deeds,that is,the inner heauty!

嵇康，一朵空谷的幽兰。那时，一把铁锤划过天际，击于石器之上，溅起万点火星，瞬间汇集，光芒万丈。那时，面对宦海沉浮，他没有沦陷，面对司马集团的威胁，他没有屈服。那时，朋友入仕，他写绝交书;生命将终，他独奏《广陵散》。他就如打磨的铁器，坚韧自强，即使磨难重重，也不会动摇自己内心世界高洁的追求与坚守。不论结果，叩问心灵，只道一声“我愿意。”
能于热地思冷，则一世不受凄凉;能于淡处求浓，则终生不受枯槁。

“身有疾病，必能治愈;心有忧伤，谁能承当?”这是《圣经》中的一句箴言。多少次，我们叩问心灵，才知道追求的真正涵义，无关乎结果，只在于那一次次拼搏不屈的过程，幸福亦如此，不是靠金钱与名利而堆砌，而是追求后那一份心灵的充实，满足与宁静。感动中国人物刘伟，身患残疾用生命奏出华美的绝响;从小就不幸得小儿麻痹症的乡村女医生，多年来从未向命运屈服，伏在丈夫背上，夫妻俩行走于大山间，为村民们治病开方。不解的人们想必会问：“值得吗?”而答案已在他们的心中，三个坚定的字——我愿意!

大家好!我今天为大家演讲的主题是《祖国在我心中》。
岁月如梭，时光飞逝，从毛主席在天安门广场向全世界庄严的宣布“中国人民站起来了!”的时候，五星红旗已经在每个中华儿女的灵魂中高高飘扬了六十度春秋。
每个星期一，在雄壮的国歌声中，在我们庄严的注目礼中，五星红旗冉冉升起，每当这时，我心中就会油然生起一种强烈的自豪感。
祖国人才济济。古有文武双全的霍去病、文天祥等，他们都是我们的民族英雄，为国捐躯，死而后己。“犯我中华者，虽远必诛”豪气冲天，“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”名扬千古;近有不怕困难的詹天佑，在修筑京张铁路时，面对艰难险阻，靠自己的聪明才智，使铁路提前竣工，让外国人再也不敢小瞧中国人;改革开放后，在邓小平爷爷的领导下，我国人民奋发图强，涌现了一大批优秀的人才，在各方面取得了不菲的成绩，在这61年里，中国人潜入深海、飞上蓝天、香港回归、奥运会的成功、神五、神六飞船载着中国人的梦想遨游太空。在科技、农业、文化、体育等各方面都突飞猛进，令世界瞩目。

he is very tall, about 1.90 meters. he is the tallest one among all the players in the chinese badminton team. in , he is chosen as the flag holder stands for china in the opening ceremony in the 15th asian games held in doha. it was the first time that the badminton players were chosen to take over the special task, before which time, it belonged to the basketball players. it was a great honor. and it also proved that bao was an excellent athlete. we are all proud of him.
he began to play badminton when he was at primary school. in , he won his first good medal, which was significant to him, in guangzhou. because of that, he entered the chinese badminton team. as he is as old as lin dan, who is the top one in the world, he is always put into a situation wh(。)ich is not good to him. he seldom beats lin dan, so he gained a name which is called’千年老二’. in fact, his techniques are comprehensive, but he is lack of passion, the desire to win is not so strong. so he always has misplays. due to this, he seldom wins the gold medal. i think this is related to his character. he is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. so this affects him while he is playing badminton. in a period of time, critical voice has come towards him. he is under great pressure. he was not in the best state. but recently he cheers up again. several days ago, the chinese badminton championship was held in guangzhou. i went to see him on saturday. i was very excited, and i shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me. there is no doubt that he won the game. before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited i was at that time! the next day, he beat li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. all of us are very happy. after 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.
i think this will be the energy of his advancing. and i hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th olympic games held in beijing!

雨，宇宙间的精灵，挣脱了云层的羁绊，洋洋洒洒地飘落于大地。于静寂的夜，悄悄滋润万物，将沉睡中的大地惊醒。 四季轮换，四时景色的变换，也带来了雨声那不同的景致。春天的雨声总是那么悄然无声的，“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”，淅淅沥沥的，似乎怕惊醒在春梦中酣睡的万事万物;夏天的雨则显得那么的急躁，“雨足桔槔声暂歇，翠蛙瓜豆已成行”，带给人们一个惊喜后就匆匆离别;而秋天的雨却是那么的缠绵，似一位怨妇幽幽怨怨地流淌着她的眼泪，就如诗中所定的“秋阴不散霞飞晚，留得枯荷听雨声”，留给人一丝缠绵，带给人一腔悲愤。最令人切记的当时冬天的冷雨，夹杂着狂啸的北风，硬梆梆地砸着地上的一切，发着绝望的声音，使人感到雨的沧凉。 我爱站在河边听雨。在斜斜的细雨中，不带一件雨具，任由那蒙胧细雨拂在身上。风斜斜地吹拂，雨细细地飘洒。雨丝掉入河中，就如小孩子回到母亲的身边，“嗖”地钻进怀抱就不见了，快得令人听不到一丝声音，只有那阵阵的涟漪还在昭示着它曾经到来。而细雨拂在脸上，就如春风拂面的感觉，凉凉的，好像孩子亲吻在你脸上。蒙胧细雨中，张志和那副“青箬笠，绿蓑衣，斜风细雨不须归”的诗情画意也就跃然眼前，而自己的心声也仿佛正在和雨声一起跳动。这副消遥闲散、飘逸脱俗又有谁堪得?
其实，听雨最好的时候还是在黑夜中。远离了白日的尘世喧嚣，把自己涌入黑暗中，点燃一支青烟，只有那忽明忽暗的烟火伴随在你身边。这时，你就会感到一切都会逃避得无影无踪，四周一片静寂，静寂得可以听到自己的心跳。此时如有细雨飘落，便能清晰地听到它击打在树叶上、窗台上的声音，这是沉沉的。然后雨滴便从窗台和树叶上如玉珠般划落，和大地亲吻后砰然而碎，发出清脆的碎裂声。如果用心去听，似乎还能感受到它在和小草附耳细语，在和树叶儿倾情歌唱。一切都被那颗寂静的心灵所感受到，然后那颗心也开始和雨声轻声诉说，世界变得很静，心境也变得异常的辽阔。 听雨的时间一长，也似乎真的能感爱到雨的心语。最解人的还是三月小雨。就如诗中所写的“天街小雨润如酥”，在轻轻地叩问着人的心扉，滋润着世上的一切;而最令人悲伤的当是那秋雨声，“冷雨幽窗不可听”，令人感到一种“自在飞花轻似梦，无边丝雨细雨愁”的悲伤。而那雨打芭蕉的声音总是显得那么低沉，有时又那么的激昂，难怪鉴湖女侠秋瑾也发出了“秋风秋雨愁煞人”的无奈感慨。 不经意间，我恍然发觉那雨原是无声的。它或如细丝、或如玉珠从天上静静地掉落，我所听到的不过是那雨击打树叶、窗台的声音。但我想我还是听到了雨声，它正滴嗒滴嗒地从天上落下，它正呼呼地在空中飘荡。我真的听到了雨声，那雨声正在我的心中流淌，击打着我的心扉。 正如一首小诗：
乍别行云，悄依曲巷，凭风送入朦胧。 楼头江畔，何处不相逢。 为问归期堪许?恐负了、暖烛春盅。 更无奈，空床梦忆，旧裳付谁缝。

I have a dream today.
I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.
Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.
